Frusion is very proud to represent BUDINO, his history of innovative work, collaberations and great music fits perfectly with our desire to bring the very best in new music of the world with great new sounds to new audiences. Lets just have a little look at Budino's history XOSÉ MANUEL BUDIÑO starts his musical career in the begining of the 80's in the Pipe School of Moaña. In 1987 he becomes member of "the workshop of popular instruments" for the Popular University of Vigo directed by Antón Corral, and he also took part in the Piper band "Xarabal". In 1991 he forms the band "Fol de Niu" and after its disappearance he collaborates with bands such as Altan (Ireland), Capercaille (Scotland), Oskorri (Basque Country),and artists like Kepa Junquera or Uxía.

With a fabulous live band, sparkling compositions and a great great live show, as evidenced in the UK at Cambridge / Heb Celt festival with Van Morrison / Trowbridge and headlining Piping LIve in Glasgow all in 2005 you really won't be dissapointed at this stunning virtuoso piper and fantastic five piece band.
